What is the Hillside Social Restaurant like inside?
First, let’s talk about the exterior vibes, because pulling up to the restaurant you already feel like VIP. The tall white pillars accented with gold trim and the circular driveway make guests feel like they have arrived! And the good people at Hillside know that we all love a photo moment, because there are not one but 2 leaf and flower walls with lovely butterflies ready to serve as a backdrop to the outfit of the day.
The vibes don’t stop outside, once you are through the doors, all dinner guests receive a complimentary glass of champagne…I told you this was the perfect spot to celebrate!
Vaulted ceilings, velvet seating, vivid colors, plus chic patterns and backgrounds all work to create an upscale atmosphere.
What kind of small event can I host at the Hillside Social?
The Hillside Social has a private dining room that will seat about 25 guests. I think this space would be perfect for intimate social events like a:

What kind of food is on the menu at Hillside Social?
Ooooh, you know I am so glad you asked! Chef Tracy plated up several tasty dishes for me to photograph….I know, I know my job is soooooo hard ;)
I suggest starting with the Bourbon BBQ Shrimp. Did I sway back and forth a little bit after the first bite? Maybe so, because my word was it delicious! And don’t leave out that Elote Corn Relish on the side honey, scoop it alllll up in your fork!
Next, order up a side of the Charred Okra and Tomatoes, because it may have been a side but that taste had main character energy, ok?
Now can we have a little commotion for the star of the show: the Grilled Salmon. Y’all look at these portions and let’s have a moment of silence…so generous. As if the salmon was not good enough, it’s topped with a little bit of crab. Did I eat slowly and savor each bite? Why yes, yes I did.
How did I forget to talk about the sweet potato bread??? I was zero percent ashamed to use that hot warm bread to soak up all the goodness and mercy around the salmon.
Sadly with all of that good food, I didn’t have room for dessert, but you best believe I’ll be back because the Hillside Dessert Board is calling my name. Or maybe I’ll try the Chocolate Rainbow Cake or Mixed Berry Cobbler. The point is, there are dessert options in abundance! And if you prefer a cigar to dessert after dinner, there is a cigar friendly patio that I know will feel uh-mazing in the fall.
Is your mouth watering yet? I confess, I kept looking at the food photos on my computer after uploading them. I can verify it all tastes as good as it looks and no crumb was left behind.
