I will not gush, I will not gush, I will not gush. Psh, who am I kidding?!?!?! I have all the feels! And my heart is bursting with pride so excuse me as I unapologetically gush!
I am so so very proud of this young lady right here. Her family and mine have known each other far before she was born, and I have had the joy of being her mentor for the last 5 years. The quiet, observant teenager I first had coffee with for her 13 birthday, has matured into a poised, intelligent young lady. I cannot believe how quickly the time has flown. How is it that it’s time for college already???
Now, while I’m wiping away tears, please enjoy the photos from Sarah’s senior session.
The Dream sign in Downtown Arlington is beautiful piece of public art, and feels like it was made for senior portraits.
A sweet mom and daughter photo was the perfect end to your shoot!
Sarah, I’m not quite sure I can fully express how proud I am of you. You are brave and gracious and your star shines oh so brightly. Enjoy the college years my dear. When assignments are due and the poor broke college student struggle feels oh too real, time will drag, but it is a vapor. I could give you loads of advice like study hard (but I know you will), and have some fun (really, it’s good to have loads of fun) but I think Jen Hatmaker said it best: Be you, Be kind, and love Jesus. Get those down, and you will continue to be unstoppable! Much love always!
